What is the new date?
We have rescheduled the CPMCA Golf Tournament for Monday, January 29, 2024.
How does this affect my registration?
We will automatically consider you registered for the rescheduled date. We will distribute a new invitation in mid-November, at which point, we will ask if you would still like to participate with the same golfers. At that time, you can notify us if you’d like to keep the same golfers or replace them. If you are not able to attend at all, we will issue you a refund (if we’ve already processed your payment) or void your invoice (if you have not yet made payment).
What about payments?
To ease the administrative burden, CPMCA’s preference is to hold registration and sponsorship payments and apply them to the new tournament date. For those that have not yet made payment for the tournament, our preference is to keep the invoices “live” and apply them to the January 29th outing.
Are you doing refunds?
If your preference is to receive a refund, please let us know and a refund will be processed.
How are you handling the pre-order raffle tickets?
If you’ve already received a receipt from our office for your raffle ticket order, we will issue you a full refund and send you a confirmation once the refund has been processed.
What if I have not received a receipt?
If you have not received a receipt, we have not processed payment and will cancel your order.
Is there a waitlist?
If your company and/or anyone you know was not able to register for the Aug. 21, 2023, event and would like to participate in January, please let me know, as we have created a new waitlist.
When is the invitation for 2024 going out?
Expect a new invitation in mid-November.
