Mark Hydeman, PE, Principal at Taylor Engineering, LLC will present the new non-residential HVAC and plumbing requirements for Title 24 2013 and their associated acceptance tests. This new aggressive energy code takes effect on July 1st, 2014. Mr. Hydeman, a consulting engineer, has been a principal author of the non-residential HVAC and plumbing requirements in both Title 24 and ASHRAE Standard 90.1 since the 1990s. He is an experienced lecturer with extensive insight and knowledge in these standards.
