The California Plumbing & Mechanical Contractors Association (CPMCA) is the voice of the Mechanical Contracting Industry in Southern California, serving its members engaged in the installation and service of Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Piping.

The (CPMCA) is a California non-profit Contractor Association group. Currently, we represent approximately one hundred (100) mechanical and plumbing contractors, all signatory to the District Council 16 Master Labor Agreement and all Addendums.

The CPMCA jurisdiction covers the entire District Council 16 jurisdiction from San Luis Obispo to Bakersfield to San Diego including all of Los Angeles and Orange County.
